Universal Cut-to-Fit activated carbon pre-filter, Made from BulkFilter Brand Carbon Activated Filters. MADE IN THE USA. Fits all GE room air cleaners that require a pre-filter. It helps remove large particles and reduce common household odors such as cooking odors, tobacco smoke odors, pet odors, musty odors, etc. Filter measures 16″x48″ and is a 1-4-All cut-to-fit activated carbon sheet that makes 1 to 6 pre-filters depending on the model. For optimum performance, replace pre-filter every 2 to 3 months. This is an aftermarket filter.

The way to go for affordable replacement carbon pre-filters I wanted to replace the pre-filter on my GermGuardian AC4825 air filter, and wanted to use carbon filters. However, the pre cut-to-fit 4 pack of carbon filters for this unit are eighteen dollars and ninety nine cents! That seemed ridiculous, so I bought this. Nine ninety nine for enough material to make 10 pre-filters, and all I have to do is cut them out.
