Seriously, feeling the buyers remorse! I just opened this can of dehydrated bell peppers and had to submit pictures. I regularly buy, store and use food like this, but this is unacceptable. This should have been sent in a 15 oz can- think canned corn/green bean size, because this # 10 can is very misleading. The entire contents of dried peppers fits in a much smaller can!The can is half full and doesn’t weigh what is advertised- I weighed it! Great For Everday, Not Just For Emergencies! I bought these for everyday use. We use onions, bell peppers and garlic in at least five meals a week. I prep my garlic, onions and bell peppers once a week and place them in 1/2 gallon to one gallon canning jars (separately) in the fridge for easy use during the week.
