Not the quality I was expecting – instead of a hearty meal, all I got was thin, runny soup with dehydrated bits in it. I have given this a low rating because, for whatever reason, after following the instructions exactly to the letter, in normal conditions (less than 5000 ft ASL) this product fails to properly reconstitute and remains as partially dehydrated food floating in hot water – it just doesn’t want to properly rehydrate. I have had several packets of this variety of the Backpackers Pantry line of dehydrated foods where this has occurred and have had the same experience with several other varieties…
