Well, this sleeping bag actually reaches the temp rating it says it will. I used this the last two days and it got down to the mid to low 40s and the bag kept me toasty warm. Actually it was too warm at times and I needed to vent it some. The bolsters around the zipper kept the wind out and the heat in. I like the quality of this sleeping bag a lot. The color is of a soft purple, more feminine thant the picture. I like the material that lines the inside of the sleeping bag, it has a good feel to it. The sleeping bag is easy to fold up and put back in the bag, which is a plus because I have struggled with that in the past with other sleeping bags.
