Great Value for the Money I purchased this cooler to do sous-vide cooking w/Anova’s precision cooker. This cooker is made differently than reviewer Collin Stoll’s, and I did not want to pull the cooker out of the cooler in order to open the lid so I had to cut differently. The results were the same, however. This little cooler has excellent insulating properties. When I turned the cooker off at 7pm the water temperature was 137° and put the top back on.
