The fact that you can wash the cover really sold me and the pump and deflate features are great pluses (super simple) Nifty little pillow. I had never used a U-Shape pillow when flying and wanted to try one after struggling to fall asleep on my last few flights. Somewhat more convenient to travel with
Bought these to replace my trusty (and more expensive) Eagle Creek inflatable neck pillows. These are not scratchy but they aren’t a soft fabric either. They feel a bit rough, enough to take notice of the fabric while using it but not enough to return it. In terms of function,it gets the job done.
