Five Stars There is nothing that I can determine as special about this product for its claims. It simply feels like a lighter weight wet towel that you would but around your neck, that is all. I am extremely unimpressed that you not only do not get instructions, there is no tag on product to indicate fabric content or care, or country of origin.
