How are you going to use it?
Twenty degrees, snowing, raining in the Catskills – … fits my bag and pad well. No issue with condensation but I slept under a bug net. I had this because my net has no floor and I wanter to keep my bag and pad clean. It works for my purposes well. I use a tarp also so I don’t ever have a reason to close this up. but if you did the net would be all over your face, the bags could bite through, and I think it be wet. But for my uses it’s great!
