I LOVE this tent! I serve as a scout master for BSA, and I never thought it was possible for a man like me to get giddy over a tent until setting this thing up in my living room. Seriously, a 2-person tent that is 88 inches long and 55 inches wide that can weigh around 3lbs for $120! This 2015 Salida 2 is so fast and easy to set up and take down. I researched just about every tent out there before buying this one, and I even bought and returned 6 along the way. If it’s helpful to know, some of the tents that…
Worth it with lots of pros and only 1 slight con I bought this item for my trip on the Appalachian Trail in June/July. The tent is very lightweight and easy to carry. It’s super simple to set up and take down. I’m 5’0 tall and was 130lbs. They’re SUPER lightweight but shaped like an X on the top. When I had one on the rain flap Infront of the tent, I managed to kick…

Since then, I have also taken the tent to Zion Narrows, Rim to Rim, and some other shorter backpacking trips. The tent has held up flawlessly,…
