I LOVE this tent! I serve as a scout master for BSA, and I never thought it was possible for a man like me to get giddy over a tent until setting this thing up in my living room. I researched just about every tent out there before buying this one, and I even bought and returned 6 along the way. If it’s helpful to know, some of the tents that…
Performed flawlessly through Havasupai, the Zion Narrows, and Rim to Rim For those who don’t like a long-winded review, I’ll start with the most important here: This is a fantastic lightweight backpacking tent that will not break the bank, and I honestly feel that it is the best possible choice for the money.I purchased this tent, along with a Kelty Salida 2, for a backpacking trip down Havasupai (Grand Canyon). Since then, I have also taken the tent to Zion Narrows, Rim to Rim, and some other shorter backpacking trips. The tent has held up flawlessly,…
Worth it with lots of pros and only 1 slight con I bought this item for my trip on the Appalachian Trail in June/July. The tent is very lightweight and easy to carry. It’s super simple to set up and take down. I’m 5’0 tall and was 130lbs. I could fully sit up with room above my head and plenty of room at my feet if I chose to put my pack at my feet inside. The ONLY complaint I have on it was the stakes. They’re SUPER lightweight but shaped like an X on the top. When I had one on the rain flap Infront of the tent, I managed to kick…
