Design flaw and lackluster durability mar this tent Overall I’m happy with this tent, but it has a design flaw and isn’t as well made as I’d expected.First off, the design flaw is in the rain fly and pole structure. The poles cross about 2/3 the way of their length, and then you insert a short cross brace pole behind this crossing point to hold up the peaks of the vestibules. Awesome tent! I bought this tent to use camping on the beach, it was perfect, packs down small and lightweight, and so convertible! Let me start by saying I have never been camping before nor have I pitched a tent anywhere but my living room floor as a trial run when I received it.
