Stiff and sore! Just returned from a five day camping trip in the Olympic national forest. The first night the cot worked well, as I needed it to. I was sleeping in the forest on a very rocky ledge. The second night the legs in the front collapsed as I move around on the cot. Third night! the entire right side collapsedI thought I put it together wrong? But NO! the legs when weight is shifted will fold up, and your sleeping on the cots bars. Fourth night, More of the same. I ended up sleeping on the…
Comfortable, strong, and useful This cot was purchased because it fit the dimensions of my 4 person tent (3 person wither gear) and for my wife to use on an upcoming camp out. She likes some comfort and this cot is a way to get her to come out on trips with me and the kids. I used a lightly inflated Klymit air mattress on top of the cot when she used it. She was much much more comfortable than laying on the ground and slept well. Since then, I have used it on multiple car camping trips, backyard camp outs, and kid sleepovers…
