Good for big dudes. Ok for big dudes who are also side sleepers. Ok, I am a big guy with very broad shoulders. I’m 6’4″ and 250lbs. I have other backpacking pads, but they are all pretty narrow to save weight. This is a really large and comfortable mattress for ONE person This is a really large and comfortable mattress for ONE person. It is comfortable both for back sleepers and side sleepers. I definitely will not sleep on 1″ self-inflating camping pads again. Those days are gone.It packs very small. But backpackers probably would want a lighter pad. Inflates very quickly with a pump.
