Great customer service, First cooler was defective, Replacement Cooler Pretty Good Original Review: I only ever review things I find to be really great or really poor. I felt compelled to review this because the Leopard 24 can cooler is really poor. I took it down the river for its maiden trip replacing my worn out thermos element 24 can cooler. On the plus side: it looks cool. It is a little larger than the thermos element cooler. It probably did keep the ice longer then the thermos element. QC your product Leopard! I literally just opened the package and noticed a handful of problems, one being major. The major one is that there are three holes at the top corners where the zipper is supposed to be attached to the cooler. I can get my finger through each one, not good. Second thing, the stitching on the shoulder strap is less than desirable. I’m sure over time it will break given this will be holding ice/food/drink and will constantly have weight on it. Quite a deal my friends… Great, thick water repellant bag suitable for motorcycle camping. It is indeed large but after you’ve wisely measured, do note the insulation will reduce the size by at least 2″ all around. Also you can’t really fold this item down too small as the insulation is indeed so thick. As I had bought for food courier purposes while it fit my double helmet luggage box, I couldn’t fit anything in it so I considered returning it via the incredibly helpful, incredibly prompt customer service…
