Bulky straps, inward pockets not comfortable for baby. I ended up returning this for two main reasons. 1) The straps are incredibly bulky. They felt bulky over my shoulders, and the padded part is long enough that it curled under my arms, so when I tried to put my arms down at my side, the padding was jammed in there. My husband also thought this felt rather bulky. 2) This is the biggest thing: the pockets fill inward, making it super uncomfortable for baby.
