Stay away EXTREMELY outdated and HORRIBLE customer service. Simply put the product doesn’t work as described. It will randomly just stop tracking and wont work again until its unplugged and plugged back in to the car. 1 minute updates? nope…. More like 2-3 or maybe 30. Is my device defective?
