beyond convienent This and a few other veggies are just plain easy to use and have on hand. The carrots and Sweet potatoes are very close to fresh when reconstituted, the carrots are the closest..Just remember that they are finely diced, soooo if you are looking for big chunks of carrots you are not going to get that, but if you want to add carrots to something or reconstitute, smash a bit and throw some butter and ginger in them you will have something that is super quick and doesn’t go bad in the fridge…
