Very good flavor I love freeze-dried banana slices. They are so nice and crunchy eaten straight from the jar. The flavor is amazing. I highly recommend keeping some freeze-dried banana slices in your food pantry to enjoy any time you are craving bananas. Mother Earth is a good brand. A fresh banana has about sixteen slices.
