deceptive advertisment big problem here. I purchased this as they advertise it as a full quart. According to all available resources a FULL QUART contains 4 cups. these jars say a FULL QUART on the label but the plastic jar only hold 3 cups. 3 cups is NOT a quart. 3 cups is a pint and a half. If you think it is pricey for a quart consider they are cheating you out of 25% they promised. The label does not say full quart after reconstituting or full quart before freeze drying. Great for backpacking/camping & emergency meals I’ve been getting into backpacking recently and a hot meal on the trail is GOLD.
