A good value for the great flavor, ingredients that fit in a spoon and a plentiful serving size. I grew up with my Mom making the best Stroganoff in the world…….and hers is still the best. But not far away is this Mountain House Stroganoff. I prefer beef over chicken (it always rehydrates better in my opinion and you don’t get any non-hydrated crunchiness) and I always prefer noodles over rice. This meal met both of my preferred criteria when selecting a backcountry meal. The noodles are the right size to not hang over your spoon and make a mess.The flavor is really good,…
