No wait time and a delicious and nutritious breakfast. Just like a bowl of cereal in your kitchen!! This was a great breakfast. Not too heavy, but really tasty. I was wary heading in because powdered milk has always scared me. Loved the blueberry taste Loved the blueberry taste. So convenient just add cold water and mix. Like that the bag stands up and you can also choose to eat out of the bag.Pic of nutrition info given. If you eat the whole bag then double the amounts. One few dinners you can use cold water. Has quite bit carbs if your a diabetic should show expiration date which is 1/47. Great breakfast option for camping and backpacking – serve cold or hot For backpacking, this breakfast option is very tasty.As an experiment, some friends and I made one with cold water, and one with hot water.
