This entree is one of my top 2 favorites. OMG! Italian Style Pepper Steak with Rice and Tomatoes has just tied with Chicken Breast with Mashed Potatoes for my favorite Mountain House entree! With the usual caveats, of course: Reduce water called for in instructions by 1/4 cup, and add some seasoning. But that goes for most, if not all Mountain House entrees! Garlic Salt helped this one. The Chicken Breast with Mashed Potatoes also needs help – I usually add garlic salt and creole seasoning (among other things) for spice. They are just…
