Not bad, Just a little too sweet for me personally. I have ordered every type of MH (and other brand) meals to test them out prior to some bike-packing trips this summer. Tastes almost like restaurant quality, worth the price. I’m amazed with just how good this freeze-dried Sweet & Sour Pork tastes. It’s not quite as good as what you’d get from good restaurants, but it’s better than MREs. The flavor and texture is nearly restaurant quality. The rice is properly cooked, there are chunks of pineapple, green pepper, and red pepper. I think there’s supposed to be bits of onion, but I didn’t notice them. Yellow or white onion is close in color to the rice, and if cut into small pieces, diced, it would be well camouflaged…
