1. When you open the package, it’s normal that there is a little bit of ethylene smell, please rest assured that it’s non-toxic. The smell will disappear in inflatable state after 48 hours, please give your mattresses a buffer time.
2. If you need to use it continuously, please inflate the air mattress every other day to ensure that it provides a better support and protection on your back.
3. When you find it has a leaking problem, please check if your valve is properly sealed and closed well. In case the mattress hit a sharp objects accidentally leading a small hole, please use one of the attached patches to repair it.
4. When you don’t need the airmattress, you can deflate it to save space. Please make sure it is fully deflated before you try to fold it in order to save time and make a easier storage.
5. In the process of inflation and deflation, the pump produces a working sound of 50 HZ, which is the common sound of wind speed rotation.
