Sea to Summit eVent Compression Dry Sack,Small
A completely new concept in compression dry bags – there is no valve. This innovation uses an air-permeable base made of eVent waterproof fabric, which allows air to be pushed out of the sack, but won’t allow water to get back in. Proper Use: Any roll-top dry sack must be closed properly to ensure water can’t get in. Begin by folding the Hypalon strip down first and be sure to have at least three rolls before closing the buckle. Avoid contact with sharp objects or subjecting the sack to high abrasion, as this could compromise the waterproof fabric. Like all manufacturers of roll-top, fabric dry sacks, Sea to Summit recommends that sensitive electronic devices be ‘double bagged’ (i.e. putting electronics inside one dry sack then placing this inside a second dry sack). For maximum protection, the use of a waterproof hard case should be considered.

X-Large eVent DrySack Holds Quite a Bit Purchased the XL for my Teton XXL bag, , a 90×39 inch sleeping bag which houses both me and my dog while car-tent camping. I made this purchase because I’ve weak hands & fingers and the sack that comes with the Teton bag is useless to me without a pretty significant struggle.I had only a mild struggle with this bag,…
Great for compressing big items! I bought this to size down my huge -20 (norway camping) REI Expedition Sleeping Bag, 700-fill duck down & compressed volume 13.6 liters.I purchased the medium and while I did get it in the stuff sack I was not able to fully fold over the water resistant tab. However once I started cinching the straps it dramatically reduced in size. Also the stuff sack is much more durable than the one that came with the sleeping bag.I’m purchasing a large now for the sleeping bag,…
Great compression bags. Use these for camping and brought them on a 4 month backpacking trip through Asia. I use a couple X-Small size bags instead of a larger one to help me organize my clothes. They keep odor in (at least my dirty socks) and water out. I carried my laptop in this bag through monsoon rain to work at a coffee shop. I was soaked but the laptop was dry. The compression straps are tough, I put a lot of force into tightening them down and never feel worried about busting a seam. I highly recommend these…
