This relieves my elbow pain from using the computer mouse for so many years! I can’t go without this elbow pad! My mouse hand/arm is starting to feel the pain for using the mouse for over 20+ years. I have to rest my arm on the actual desk to relieve the pressure of my arm just hanging freely. So my elbow pushes into the hard desk and starts to really cause pain.
