Excellent Customer Service – Was treated so well! I bought this after looking at online videos and reviews. When the tent first arrived, one of the speed clips broke. I wrote to Texsport and they promptly sent replacement clips. When I set up the tent I was a little disappointed because the tent and the rain fly didn’t quite fit the poles. This meant that the whole set up was stretched out and I was worried the tent would eventually rip or the poles would break. Great Tent!!!! This tent is great! I’ve been camping in dome tents for years with my son & now that he’s older and too cool for dad, I decided to pick this up. It is easy to set up when you follow the instructions (which are sewn into the bag so they don’t blow away). Plenty of room for me and some gear.
