▶How to inflate?

1. Unfold the mat and keep the valve open to make it self-inflating.

2. When the mat inflates to the softness you need, close the valve.

Notice: When the mat is used for the first time, or it has been stored in the status of deflation for a long time (which is not recommended), we suggest to blow it with mouth further after self-inflating, then the effect of inflating will be better.

▶How to deflate and pack up?

1. Keep the valve open and squeeze out the air as much as you can.

2. Start rolling from the bottom towards the valve. Once you have rolled it up completely, close the valve.

3. Repeat step 2 and completely roll your mat again, with the valve closed and then fold your pad in half lengthwise.

4. There should be additional air that gets pushed up to the top near the valve, open the valve quickly and roll out the remaining air. This should result in a tightly rolled mat with no remaining air in it!

5. Put the mat into carrying bag.

▶How to store?

If you won’t use the mat for a long period time, please store it in dry and cool place (under bed or behind sofa) in the state of full inflating, this will keep the resilience of sponge in the mat and extend product lifetime.

▶How to clean?

Keep the mat in inflating condition and close the valve tightly. Clean its surface with a soft brush and neutral detergent, store it after it is dry thoroughly.
